Approach
We take a practical hands on approach to all work with our clients. Recognizing each person’s individual needs we apply our D³ model: Discover — Design — Deliver.
Discover
Understanding fully the outcomes from any coaching is critical for success. Therefore, we invest time in talking with the subject of the coaching and any others who can contribute to that understanding. In addition we review any available relevant materials, such as video recordings or written materials.
Design
Working with the subject we then set out a plan of action to reach to agreed outcomes. This includes clearly defined objectives for skill development and methodology, such as face to face meetings and videoconferencing and timing.
Deliver
We then begin the Leadership Coaching in person. At the end of each session next steps are agreed upon. Depending on the situation, some coaching may be possible by videoconferencing or telephone.
How long?
Leadership Coaching duration varies depending on the desired objectives. We find the most effective interventions are spread over a period of time with ongoing skill development and feedback by face to face meetings, video conferencing or telephone. We work around our clients’ schedule to maximize efficiency.
