Communication Edge, Inc., founded in 2002 by Dale and Steve Tombs, helps people and organizations increase efficiency and success through great interpersonal communication. Simply put, bringing practical real world skills coupled with business savvy coaches together to provide solutions to real world communication challenges.

Dale Tombs
As co-founder of Communication Edge, Dale combines her background in art, sales and communication skills coaching and training. Dale’s passion is helping individuals to maximize their potential. Her work includes coaching individuals and training groups from major companies and top tier universities.

Over the last 17 years Dale has coached business professionals and students enabling them to present and sell their ideas with greater impact. Working one on one or with groups, Dale has worked with people at all levels. (Dale’s experience)

Steve Tombs
Steve brings over 30 years experience working in sales, and communication skills coaching, working in Europe, U.S.A and United Arab Emirates. Steve’s passion is empowering people to communicate confidently and persuasively. This includes one-on-one coaching, such as preparing executives for major presentations, to working with small and large groups, enabling them to communicate their ideas and messages with impact.
